After a couple days of smooth sailing in the Westy, it was time for Jacqui and I to make our two Southern California stops. First up was Indio to visit our friends Helen, Martin and their new baby Elliot.

Sarah and Katie in our new rig, we're very thankful and excited.
It's felt like an eternity has passed, but at last we have our new home. Jacqui and I have grown quite accustomed to the tables of life turning dramatically day by day, and once again we haven't been disappointed by the fresh twist. After falling in love with the orange little lady that needed more work than we could handle at this time, the owner decided to put her in the shop and have all the repairs done while still charging us the same sale price.

Bringing our belongings over to Dani's for temporary storage.
With the Dolphin getting ditched, Jacqui and I had no choice but to start pulling everything out of her. Luckily our local friend Dani was offering his shop to store the Dolphin, and his house to store our belongings until we could return to tie up all our loose ends. With Easter weekend upon us, quite a large thing in Mexico I might add, we definitely had plenty of distractions while packing up.
